What happens when you mix the ancient art of sound healing, with the hottest pop stars and artists of 2022? Enter Higher Frequencies, an exclusive video and audio series from woo designed to help unsuspecting viewers sleep, calm their mind or focus. 

 

Working in collaboration with Neuroaesthetics Studio, Kinda, to create this first-of-its-kind series, Higher Frequencies is designed to shift the chemicals in your mind (in a good way). Each video is scientifically designed across audio and visual to make you feel a different mood from relaxation (instruments tuned to 8 and 13 Hz, completion within melody, using an increasing / decreasing scale, smooth consistent rhythms and patterns, BPMs: 80-120bpm) to boost (Colour washes, bright fades, contrasts, moments of surprise, delight, build up and release, curves and arches invite an approach-response / motivation).

 

Deconstructing beats from today’s most exciting artists, healing frequencies are combined with hypnotising visuals to create a series of deeply transformative films. The result = a sound healing session like no other.

 

Across four 10 minute sessions, listeners are invited to unwind into a mellow state via the frequencies of tracks from Gen Z superstar Beabadoobee, genre-bending singer-songwriter Ashnikko and British producer and DJ Vegyn, best known for his work with Frank Ocean on Blonde and Endless.
